Hey there – welcome to RJ’s World of Design and Art. After two decades of navigating the IT world, I’ve turned a page and decided to chase my real dream – interior design and art. This blog is my little corner of the internet where I share my journey from tech to textures, from codes to colors.

I worked in IT for 20 years. Yep, that’s a long time. But inside, I was always dreaming about designing beautiful spaces. I started small, tinkering around in my own house, then helping out friends. Turns out, I loved it – and I was pretty good at it, too! That’s when I thought, “Why not share what I love with the world?” And so, this blog was born.

• JT, My Partner-in-Crime: JT’s been my buddy for years. He’s got this incredible eye for what looks good and isn’t afraid to tell me when something just doesn’t work.

• Bi, The Heart of Our Home: My wife, Bi, is amazing. She’s got this knack for making any space feel warm and welcoming. Plus, she’s the voice of reason in our wildest design debates.

• Joe and Rose, The Junior Designers: Our kids, Joe and Rose, are always buzzing with energy and fresh ideas. They keep me updated on the latest trends – “Dad, that’s so last year!”

• PJ and Luna, The Furry Critics: Our cats, PJ and Luna, are the real bosses. If they curl up in a sunny spot we just designed, we know it’s a winner.
